About The Position

This role requires a Specialist in Quality Control with a strong background in method validation, method transfer, and scientific data analysis. The position emphasizes strong technical writing skills in both English and Spanish, and a robust understanding of Microsoft Excel for data analysis. Project management, sample management, and the ability to rapidly develop inspection or qualification protocols are key. The role also demands strong negotiation skills and knowledge in computer systems and method validation, quality process management, and basic equipment preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. The candidate must be agile in prioritizing critical tasks. The administrative shift is 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, subject to change based on business needs and project priorities.

Requirements

• Doctorate or Master's degree + 2 years of directly related experience
• Bachelor's degree + 4 years of directly related experience
• Associate's degree + 8 years of directly related experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) (Write/Speak)
• Good Communication skills
