About The Position

We are seeking a Specialist Quality Complaints. The primary responsibilities include supporting the product complaint system through leading and managing product complaint investigations, performing data analysis and trending of complaint information to detect signals proactively and take appropriate actions on time.

Requirements

  • Education in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred).
  • Doctorate or Masters + 2 years of directly related experience or Bachelors + 4 years of directly related experience OR Associates + 8 years of directly related experience OR High school/GED + 10 years of directly related experience
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience conducting root cause analysis and determining corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  • Strong quality mindset and deep knowledge of compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams.
  • Proficiency in artificial intelligence tools, including ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage product complaint investigations.
  • Perform data analysis and trending of complaint information to detect signals proactively.
  • Take appropriate actions on time based on complaint data analysis.
