About The Position

This role involves leading Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities for allocated projects, from the tender phase through execution and close-out. The Specialist Professional will develop and implement project-specific SCM strategies that align with overall project objectives. This position serves as the primary SCM focal point for Project Managers and other cross-functional stakeholders. A key aspect of the role is ensuring early engagement with engineering, fabrication, and offshore teams to optimize procurement plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within offshore oil & gas or subsea projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and supplier management in a project-based environment.
• Proven experience managing complex projects in the Gulf of Mexico or similar offshore regions.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with subsea equipment, fabrication processes, and offshore installation activities is highly desirable.
