BayerChesterfield, MO
$78,640 - $117,960Onsite

About The Position

The Process & Systems Specialist role is designed to optimize and implement processes, systems, and chemistries that enhance operational efficiency and data quality for the home GCA team while supporting strategic initiatives across the broader Molecular Technology Hub (MTH) and S&TS organization. In this position, you contribute directly to hands‑on data generation for the home team and partner closely with data engineers, software developers, molecular biologists, and study directors to design, pilot, and deploy scalable solutions that advance Bayer’s pipeline. You are expected to view processes from both a high‑level and a technical perspective to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that complex workflows are translated into robust, efficient, and sustainable practices. A key expectation in this role is that you incorporate AI and other emerging technologies as core tools for process optimization in alignment with Bayer’s digital strategy, helping to shape the future of data‑driven decision‑making within the GCA team, the MTH hub, and the S&TS organization.
