Requirements

• Writing and communications experience required
• Strong written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and proofreading
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required

Nice To Haves

• Contact center or retail experience preferred
• SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Create, publish, and maintain accurate and timely resource content for the Contact Center
• Facilitate projects by collecting, distributing, and proofing information while evaluating process effectiveness
• Collaborate with IT, Retail, Training, QA, and Systems teams to research application bugs and improve processes
• Create brand, product, and seasonal training materials for associates
• Maintain knowledge of customer care systems, store operations, and eCommerce processes
