As a Specialist, Podcast Partnerships Enablement you are the bridge between creative content and ad sales. You'll partner with creators and sales enablement to create unique, customized sponsorship opportunities for brands across a variety of platforms including audio, video and social content. You are both creatively minded and operationally strong, recognizing the natural complexity of integrated brand campaigns in the podcast space and what it entails. You have a genuine passion for podcasts, and a gift for thoughtfully and effectively communicating the value of each show and how they tie back to key audience targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of digital media experience developing revenue-generating ideas for clients; podcast experience preferred
  • Passion for the podcast space and a strong understanding of how podcast advertising works
  • Knowledge of online and offline media, with the ability to deliver fresh campaign ideas across audio, social, and video platforms
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to excel in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Natural problem solver with the ability to navigate roadblocks and remain solution-oriented
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and representing specific shows in internal meetings
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to build relationships with external and internal partners
  • Proficiency in Monday.com, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with AI visual communication platforms such as Canva and/or ChatGPT is a major plus
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with sales enablement teams and shows to tailor customized ideas for specific verticals and clients in response to advertiser RFPs/RFI’s
  • Help package integrated sponsorship opportunities across SiriusXM Media’s podcast portfolio
  • Contribute to media planning and strategic positioning for prepackaged offerings & sponsored content
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, podcast partners, creators, and sales teams throughout the pre-sale process
  • Coordinate communications, timelines, deliverables, and next steps across multiple stakeholders and podcast partners
  • Attend partner calls, document key takeaways, and help drive accountability across teams
  • Seek out feedback regularly on RFP responses to improve future work and surface areas of opportunity.
  • Support onboarding efforts for new podcast talent partners and educate partners on SiriusXM Media advertising capabilities
