What You’ll Do Be the Go-To HR Expert: Serve as the primary contact for employees and front-line leaders, resolving questions and challenges with speed, accuracy, and a proactive mindset. Empower Growth & Success: Deliver daily support in coaching, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, immigration, internal mobility, compliance, training, and development. Drive Strategic Projects: Partner with legal teams on complex employee relations, mediate sensitive issues, and help shape performance improvement plans. Champion Culture & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies that reflect both labor law and ASM’s culture, ensuring a positive, compliant workplace. Innovate & Improve: Identify common questions , recommend process enhancements, and use data-driven insights to support strategic HR decisions. Collaborate Globally: Work closely with Senior People Partners on organizational health, engagement, and change management, and contribute to international projects that build our "One ASM" culture. Build Community: Help coordinate and participate in events that strengthen our workplace and celebrate our diverse, innovative team. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field . 5+ years of hands-on HR experience, with deep knowledge of HR operations, U.S. employment law, and HRIS systems. Experience with U.S. immigration processes is strongly preferred. SHRM or equivalent HR certification is a plus. Your Superpowers Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on HR experience, with deep knowledge of HR operations, U.S. employment law, and HRIS systems.
