About The Position

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Ops Control II to join our Wealth Reconciliations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll make an impact by completing assigned reconciliations accurately and within established deadlines, reviewing, analyzing, and resolving reconciliation breaks and exceptions in a timely manner, partnering with junior team members to support completion of assigned reconciliations and provide day-to-day guidance, assisting in training and mentoring junior employees on reconciliation processes, controls, and best practices, preparing escalation reports for risk management, highlighting key issues, trends, and unresolved items, communicating reconciliation issues, control gaps, and potential risks to management in a clear and timely manner, and supporting the team in maintaining strong operational controls and adherence to established procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Related internship experience preferred.
  • No direct reports.
  • Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
  • Works on projects of limited size and levels of complexity.

Responsibilities
