About The Position

ASRC Federal Field Services, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Specialist, Network to support our government customer programs in Enid, Oklahoma. Assists Specialist, Network Senior to integrate, configure, test, monitor, analyze, control, maintain, repair and restore systems to optimize and maintain top performance. Manages and maintains Laptop Checkout Pool. Acts as the focal point for all computer/network disruptions. Provides technical support to the base computer users on all software and hardware matters. Skilled in accomplishing intricate troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation and repairs of computer systems, peripherals, network cables and network devices. Coordinates and visits with supported organizations on solutions, planning, security, and customer education. Provides assistance to the computer equipment section and system administrators as required. Develops and maintains manuals, contingency plans, procedures, inventory list, files, logs, reports, data files, and system backups in accordance with governing publications, and policies. Maintains integrity and security of system equipment, software, and files. Maintains cleanliness of equipment and assigned areas. Performs other related job duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must have an active COMPTIA Security+ or Network+ certification.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be a US Citizen due to contract requirements.
