Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent additional experience.
One year or more of maintenance experience.
Understanding of plumbing, electricity, carpentry and overall maintenance.
Basic understanding of general repair and troubleshooting problems.
Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality.
Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
