About The Position

Support Monogram Foods operations through daily overseeing inventory from one location (Wet or Pack) to the other.

Requirements

  • Certification in forklift operation
  • Knowledge of operating other warehouse machinery
  • Data entry, math, and computer skills
  • Effective leadership and team management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Be knowledgeable of and follow the safety procedures as outlined by Monogram Foods
  • Be knowledgeable of safe food handling practices, HACCP, and quality control procedures in your department.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Employees must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for employment at Monogram Foods

Responsibilities

  • Perform all work in a safe manner; remain constantly aware of continuous improvement(s) for safety-related opportunities.
  • Verify all inventory transactions within your delegated department are accurate and completed in a timely manner by validating counts on materials going to and coming from the warehouse area.
  • Confirm the counts and transactions of items being produced on your respective lines.
  • Report any major discrepancies in the inventory to your supervisor so that any issues may be taken care of quickly.
  • Take an inventory of your respective area daily and match it to the system. (Resolve errors where necessary).
  • Review respective work orders at the end of the shift to ensure the accuracy of all items produced and materials used.
  • Any other task or duties which may be assigned to you by your supervisor.
  • End of shift Scanner and Skidder meet to verify case quantity count.
  • Utilize Forklift to move pallets from one location to another.
