About The Position

The Sales Support role will provide administrative support to sales team and handle customer relationship to expand sales with existing customers and acquiring new business. Also, this role proactively assesses compliance risks by overseas region and develop mitigation strategies, while managing product registrations to ensure smooth and compliant export operations. The position has a high level of interaction with international customers, sales team, and internal departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or Sales Operations.
  • Cosmetics industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management.
  • Able to work with various simultaneous projects.
  • Problem solving, organization, and time management.
  • Customer service oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, SharePoint, Smartsheet

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently process customer orders through internal systems, ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Monitor order progress and coordinate closely with warehouse, Sales, and Product Development teams to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email and other communication channels.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and prompt communication regarding order status, delivery updates, and necessary documentation.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with both domestic and international customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Assist with AR activities, including invoice tracking, follow-ups, and coordination with customers on payment inquiries.
  • Maintain precise records of customer payments and outstanding balances to support financial accuracy.
  • Prepare, review, and verify export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other shipping paperwork.
  • Collect and review country‑specific regulatory requirements for product registration.
  • Prepare and compile registration documents to ensure successful and timely product registration.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary inputs and complete registration deliverables.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and scalability in response to business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, enhance processes, and support sustainable expansion.
