Working closely with Lead and Senior Producers, internal creators, and Creative and Marketing teams, the Specialist supports the day-to-day coordination of integrated content projects, helping maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional workflows. The Specialist helps keep teams informed, identifies and escalates potential blockers, and ensures work stays on schedule, on purpose, and on brand. The ideal candidate brings focus, curiosity, and strong organizational skills to a high-volume, fast-moving environment where priorities shift and no two weeks look alike.
