About The Position

This position is primarily responsible for coordinating and overseeing Mountain Media advertising campaign installations, de-installations, and audits to ensure projects are completed accurately, safely, and within contract requirements. The Specialist - Installation supports field operations by coordinating installers, preparing materials, managing installation logistics, and providing timely project updates and documentation. This role also assists with vinyl and flex preparation, on-site services, and other Momentara product installation activities as needed. The Specialist - Installation provides backup support within the Mountain Media department as needed, including assistance with campaign installations, de-installations, audits, material preparation, and field coordination activities.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Minimum of one to three year(s) of construction, installation, or advertisement service experience.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and database systems
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to creatively problem solve to provide solutions
Able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Recognize problems, identify possible causes and resolve routine problems.
Ability to establish and maintain professional atmosphere for employees, clients, and customers.
Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is required.
Able to work long hours during peak season.
Flexible schedule needed that includes nights and weekends. Variable hours with overtime available during peak seasons.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Some travel with passport required

Responsibilities

Prepares Mountain Media advertising campaign audits, installations, and de-installations within the given parameters of the contract.
Communicates expectations of all installation-related procedures to contractors completing installations.
Manages control of labor costs by helping to efficiently route advertising campaign installations.
Provides timely updates and photos of advertising campaign installations.
Maintains records and work schedules to track progress of worksite projects.
Recognizes problems, as well as develops and follows problem resolution procedures for product and installation failures.
Coordinates with installers by receiving updates from installers and finding immediate solutions to any issues in the field.
Follows installation manuals to ensure accurate and consistent advertising installation.
Accurately measures to ensure a level and square installation.
Coordinates procurement-related activities such as material deliveries and shipping.
Provides information needed to close out work orders and track issues by indicating the type of work performed, time and material charges, exception codes, field reporting codes and/or other related information.
Prioritizes daily tasks based on the best interest of the organization, makes recommendations for improvement, and ensures maximum effective quality of work.
Prepares verbal and written reports and summaries, as required, for distribution to company management, scheduling, and any other report or summary as required.
Thoroughly completes paperwork with little or no errors.
