About The Position

Wholesale Client Services Delivery is responsible for supporting the onboarding, servicing, administration, and operational delivery of products and services to wholesale banking clients. Activities may include client support, service coordination, implementation activities, and operational issue resolution. Other duties as assigned. This role requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities typically include working under limited supervision for routine situations, providing assistance and training to lower level employees, and solving problems that are not routine and require analysis to understand.
