Reinsurance contract professionals collaborate with brokers to construct and deliver contractual documentation for client accounts and help to achieve the optimal construction of complex programs of interrelated reinsurance and other contracts. They provide solutions for pre- and post-placement contract issues and opportunities and raise potential concerns with contract language.
