OUR VALUES HOPE values: Humility, Ownership, Perseverance, Engagement The Specialist I provides case management services to families who are referred by Child Welfare Services (CWS) at moderate/moderately high risk of child abuse and neglect. Shares concerns of the CWS report with the family while maintaining confidentiality of the reporter. Conducts intake services, completes assessments, monitors service referrals, and individual/group services. Responsible for developing Individualized Program Plans and Family Partnership Plans with the participants/family. Must complete and maintain documentation in accordance with CWS procedures including entering and keeping current all case information by emailing CPSS transfer log to the VCL in a timely manner for input into CPSS. This position may also input logs directly into the SHAKA system.
