About The Position

This role supports the implementation of regional HR initiatives, focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. The Specialist will partner with the HR Manager and Corporate HR Shared Services to ensure efficient delivery of HR processes and maintain accurate HR records. Key responsibilities include coordinating recruiting activities, serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries, supporting engagement programs, and preparing HR reports and metrics. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of progressive HR experience
  • Exposure to multiple HR disciplines (e.g., recruiting, employee relations, HR operations)
  • Ability to speak Spanish
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to establish trust and credibility with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners
  • Analytical thinking with sound judgment in resolving HR-related issues
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Experience with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and collaboration tools
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adjust to changing priorities
  • Proven ability to work effectively with Corporate HR Shared Services and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of regional HR initiatives across recruiting, engagement, leadership development, and employee relations
  • Partner with the HR Manager to ensure alignment with overall talent strategy
  • Coordinate recruiting activities in partnership with hiring managers and Corporate HR Shared Services
  • Facilitate interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding processes, and orientations
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns, escalating as appropriate
  • Support engagement initiatives, communications, and recognition programs
  • Assist with documentation and follow-up on employee relations matters
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR Shared Services to ensure efficient delivery of HR processes (e.g., onboarding, employee data updates)
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports, track HR metrics, and support regional HR projects
  • Greet all visitors in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner upon arrival and answer the door promptly and determine the purpose of each visitor’s visit
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the HR Manager and regional leaders
