About The Position

The Specialist (Grant Administrator) leads the administrative processes of the Community Affairs, Strategic Partnerships team including grants database setup, grant and sponsorship application intake, routing, grant diligence compliance, processing and payments. This position also manages the processing and payment for the companys matching gifts program and Government Affairs non-profit grants. The specialist has primary responsibility for the monitoring and reporting for the departments philanthropic and operating budgets. The role is responsible for all departmental payments and budget reconciliation processes in coordination with corporate finance. This position supports all internal and external reporting of the department from a budget perspective. Finally, this positions interfaces with Community Affairs, Regional Corporate Affairs teams to support community grantmaking and sponsorships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administrative processes of the Community Affairs, Strategic Partnerships team.
