Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in SAP

Responsibilities

  • Audit and review commissions, bonuses, time records, and other relevant payroll documents to ensure integrity and accuracy
  • Compile and review payroll data such as hours worked, commissions, bonuses, vacations, and sick pay from the time clock and other records; address discrepancies and update data as needed
  • Support efficient and effective processes associated with administration and customer service in a plant environment
  • Support the Finance team with efficient and effective associated SAP-related transaction processing in the functional areas of finance, administration, and customer service
  • Schedule, prepare and manage data collection studies to support administrative and customer service process improvements
  • Maintain and update documentation that job-related the Administrative, Financial, and Customer Service teams and keep accurate records of all changes
  • Responsible for completing daily, weekly, and monthly SAP transactions as instructed
  • Provide reports and on as-needed (ad hoc) basis for meetings and review
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
