The Finance & Administration Specialist provides functional support to the administration, finance, customer service, and business analysis functions within a division. This role involves conducting daily, weekly, and monthly SAP-related transactions, reporting, and training.

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree and 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in SAP

Responsibilities

Support efficient and effective processes associated with administration and customer service in a plant environment
Support the Finance team with efficient and effective associated SAP-related transaction processing in the functional areas of finance, administration, and customer service
Schedule, prepare and manage data collection studies to support administrative and customer service process improvements
Maintain and update documentation that job-related the Administrative, Financial, and Customer Service teams and keep accurate records of all changes
Responsible for completing daily, weekly, and monthly SAP transactions as instructed
Provide reports and on as-needed (ad hoc) basis for meetings and review
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
