We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Executive Assistant to join our West Coast Client Coverage team. This role is located in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Act as a strategic and operational partner to leadership, providing flexible support across business management, communications, execution, and team effectiveness. Enable stronger client outcomes by improving coordination, accelerating execution, and helping the team deliver with consistency and excellence. Bring a broad, highly versatile skill set and the agility to contribute across a wide spectrum of responsibilities, from strategic initiatives to tactical execution. Support the smooth operation of the office and teams by identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and helping implement practical process improvements utilizing tools such as agentic workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a highly adaptable generalist, comfortable taking on a wide range of responsibilities across business, operational, and team support functions.
  • Strong comfort level with AI tools, digital productivity platforms, and emerging technologies, with the ability to apply them practically in a professional setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information, tailor messaging, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shift seamlessly as needs change.
