The Specialist (Nurse Case Manager) will monitor and authorize sick absences, FMLA, and maternity leave for union employees; authorize FMLA to care for family members for union employees; communicate with Met-Life as needed regarding management employee sick absences including CSA treatment cases, catastrophic leave and long-term disability; perform chart reviews; and assist in Employee Wellness Center clinic operations. This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.
