Requirements

Valid General Journeyman, LME, MPE, or Electrician license
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an electrician
Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints
Demonstrated experience with commercial and industrial electrical systems
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
General maintenance knowledge and familiarity across various building systems and maintenance tasks
Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively across teams
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Industrial mechanical or millwright experience
Experience with building automation systems and energy management controls
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Additional trade certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or related disciplines

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures across commercial and industrial facilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to ensure accurate and compliant installations
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems using appropriate testing devices and systematic problem-solving approaches
Ensure all electrical installations meet local and national electrical codes and safety standards
Assist with and regularly perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, door repairs, drywall work, and HVAC system maintenance
Collaborate with other trades professionals and project managers to complete projects on time and to specification
Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and identifying potential hazards
Document work performed, materials used, and maintain accurate service records
