This role in summary Whirlpool is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Representative, Customer Contact Center. We would like the candidate to be onsite our Customer Experience center, but will look at remote candidates. This position is one of the primary contacts for customers attempting to reach JennAir Canada.. This individual will beC responsible for administering corporate policy while providing excellent customer service for pre and post-sales support. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of customer contact center experience (virtual or in-person)
