About The Position

Wynn Las Vegas is in search of a brilliant Crisis Management Specialist (CMS). In close collaboration with the Assistant Director of Crisis Management in Corporate Security, this position provides administrative, program, and analytical support to the Crisis Management and Response (CMR) corporate security division. This role supports all realms of corporate security crisis management, including preparedness, prevention, disruption, response, mitigation, and recovery efforts from any “All-Hazards” event. The Specialist will create and maintain logs containing confidential information, write reports, conduct statistical analysis, and present information in briefing settings and training classes. They will gather, analyze, and evaluate information from various sources, including databases, information systems, security reports, the iView system, interviews, and open-source research. Additionally, the Specialist will be assigned as lead on various projects, programs, training modules, and preparedness drills.

Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative support
• Must possess excellent communication skills, ability to communicate, read and write in English in a professional manner
• Strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to prioritize, pivot, troubleshoot and recover in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality
• Present a well-groomed and professional appearance
• Applies good judgment, works efficiently within a team and keeps superiors informed
• Open-minded and willingness to learn new processes, concepts, and ways of approaching analysis
