•$79,200 - $124,700•Hybrid

About The Position

The Specialist, Corporate Responsibility owns assigned workstreams and deliverables across the RTC Fellowship, RTC Pathfinder Program, alumni strategy, and program-related gigs. Reporting to the Director and working with two Senior Specialists, the role coordinates day-to-day program execution, makes routine operational decisions, and uses judgment to address straightforward participant and stakeholder needs. The Specialist independently manages routine matters and escalates higher-risk, precedent-setting, or out-of-scope issues to program leadership. The role supports the RTC Fellowship for Global Health, a 14-week philanthropic leadership program pairing cross-functional employee teams with nonprofit partners, and RTC Global Health Pathfinders, a fully virtual, skills-based program in which employees provide part-time support to NGOs through scoped, time-bound projects while continuing their regular jobs. The programs help employees contribute expertise and develop as leaders while helping NGO partners advance sustainable solutions. The Specialist coordinates program lifecycles and daily operations; leads Pathfinders coordination; contributes to execution of the alumni strategy; supports alumni engagement and long-term measurement; prepares communications and materials; coordinates workshops and meetings; manages assigned program-related gigs; maintains program data and documentation; and responds to stakeholder requests with appropriate judgment and escalation. The position is hybrid, based primarily in Rahway, New Jersey, and requires willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
