Analytics Planning enables data-driven compensation decisions by combining core compensation principles with advanced analytics, modeling, and statistics to support pay strategy, workforce investment, and program design. Under the guidance of the Compensation Manager and Director, this role translates complex data into business insights, builds and maintains models, and delivers compensation recommendations.
