The Specialist, Client Services is responsible for setting appointments within marketing campaigns and as directed supporting Principals (“Principals”) with follow-up and monitoring of all matters related to lead development and support, for prospects and clients. Incumbent is responsible for ensuring Principals’ client and prospect priorities are appropriately and timely handled, and they are kept proactively informed of status. This role can be based near any Ryan office in the United States with a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days in office a week.
