The Client Relationship group (Strategic Account Management) plays a critical role within the Biologics team, focusing on large-scale client relationships that span nearly all Biologics business units. This team serves as the primary point of contact and the “face of Biologics” to biopharma partners, helping mitigate service risks and improve outcomes through proactive account oversight. The Specialist, Client Management is responsible for ensuring clear client communication, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the broader Client Relationship team. This role requires a naturally inquisitive mindset and a willingness to challenge the status quo to enhance processes and program performance. This highly visible position provides the opportunity to lead strategically critical programs that span multiple business lines while ensuring service excellence in alignment with client agreements.
