Specialist, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer
About The Position
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer to join our Wealth Management team. In this role, you’ll make an impact by applying expertise and judgment, providing quality service to internal clients in support of their external clients on a daily basis. This involves performing cash transaction processing such as Domestic and Foreign Wires, ACH or Checks, reconciliations, inquiry response, and problem resolution while meeting defined processing timeframes. You will perform a variety of operational tasks including processing updates to client accounts or company records, working with other processing areas, and handling varying volumes and transaction types. You will also conduct independent analysis and policy interpretation, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. You will work with technology, providing process knowledge and requirements in the event of a system issue, and perform testing in support of system upgrades or other recovery requirements such as business resumption. Additionally, you will review/release the work of other Cash Processing team members and help resolve issues, and contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 0-3 years of total work experience preferred
- Experience in financial services operations preferred
