About The Position

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll make an impact by applying expertise and judgment, providing quality service to internal clients in support of their external clients on a daily basis, performing cash transaction processing such Domestic and Foreign Wires, ACH or Checks, reconciliations, inquiry response and problem resolution while meeting defined processing timeframes. You will perform a variety of operational tasks including processing updates to client accounts or company records, working with other processing areas and handling varying volumes and transaction types. You will conduct independent analysis and policy interpretation, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. You will work with technology, providing process knowledge and requirements in the event of a system issue. You will perform testing in support of system upgrades or other recovery requirements such as business resumption. You will review/release the work of other Cash Processing team members and help resolve issues. You will contribute to the achievement of team objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in financial services operations preferred.
  • No direct reports; may have people management responsibilities in some geographies and contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
