About The Position

Responsible for transferring materials from/to bulk trucks. This role requires meticulous attention to detail in following instructions, ensuring accurate logging of lot numbers for traceability, and preparing materials and transfer areas. A strong emphasis is placed on adhering to safety and quality assurance policies, recognizing and reporting any safety issues. The position also involves working independently with minimal supervision, maintaining equipment, and demonstrating good communication and dependability.

Requirements

Ability to operate a standup forklift
Ability operate a RF scan gun
Ability to focus and stay on task
Basic math skills
Capability to lift 50 lbs. throughout the shift
Adaptability to change
Willingness to wear safety equipment, including safety glasses, steel toe boots, respirator, and dust mask.
Ability to pass the respirator fit test

Responsibilities

Read and meticulously follow instructions provided on the bulk transfer sheet.
Log lot numbers accurately to maintain traceability.
Identify the correct materials required for transfer.
Retrieve the necessary items and prepare the transfer area.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure safety, integrity, and product quality.
Promptly recognize and report any safety issues related to products or equipment.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Foster good work habits and consistently follow established processes.
Keep transfer equipment operational by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, and requesting repairs when needed.
Be a team player with strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Exhibit punctuality and regular attendance as per company policy.
