About The Position

This role supports team member engagement by assisting with our communication platform and administering rewards and survey programs that align with brand objectives. Working closely with Home Office teams and property leaders, the specialist helps gather insights, assist with training, and design innovative learning solutions that enhance the team member experience. The position will evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through proactive idea generation and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training and/or employee engagement with a multi-unit hospitality brand
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, influencing, and planning skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to adapt the brand’s voice
  • Experience supporting or administering LMS or Communication Platform in a mid to large size organization
  • Graphic design skills, experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe InDesign, or Adobe Rush required
  • Strong computer and digital literacy
  • Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration and day-to-day maintenance of the team member communication platform
  • Create monthly content calendar with engaging topics that align with brand objectives
  • Film and edit videos highlighting Margaritaville properties and experiences
  • Support the team member rewards program by ordering new products, coordinating kitting and shipping, tracking delivery, maintaining inventory lists, and following budgets.
  • Collaborate with Home Office teams to drive new and innovative thinking, and ways to collect actionable feedback from the target audiences
  • Proactively suggest ideas for content that drives team member engagement
  • Track, monitor, and report performance and engagement of program
  • Responsible for the planning and administration of the annual team member engagement survey (MSAT)
  • Assist with training needs assessments and updates to standard operating procedure (SOP) materials
  • Support the development and coordination of training programs; evaluate program content and effectiveness and recommend modifications
  • Consults with departments to analyze needs and documents new processes of data and/or information
  • Facilitates instructor-led training sessions for property teams
  • Stay informed on emerging training tools and engagement best practices and share recommendations with leadership
  • Assist in designing and developing customized learning programs to include classroom, online, and blended solutions
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or determined by management
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures as established in the Team Member Handbook
