About The Position

Milevista is expanding our event marketing and in-store promotional campaigns throughout the Chicago area and is currently hiring a Brand Engagement Specialist to support live, face-to-face customer outreach for nationally recognized clients. This role is ideal for outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, representing exciting brands, and gaining hands-on experience in marketing, promotions, and customer engagement. No prior experience is required — full paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at retail activations, pop-up events, and in-store promotions
• Engage shoppers in friendly, professional conversations to build brand awareness
• Clearly communicate product features, services, and promotional offers
• Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Deliver a high-energy, positive customer experience during live campaigns
• Track daily interactions and support performance reporting
• Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals
