Requirements

  • 3-5 years of log experience.
  • Previous experience with any traffic systems required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products required.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good written and oral communications skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment and work independently on projects.

Nice To Haves

  • WideOrbit Network, WO Traffic, or WO Radio is preferred.
  • Must demonstrate a clear understanding of traffic.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize commercial inventory by managing the spots ordered by the sales team.
  • Maintain and manage inventory for the network in current and future weeks.
  • Edit/manipulate logs for the network by placing commercials based on information provided by agencies and sales.
  • Partner closely with ad sales team to reduce liability and to stay on pace with budget.
  • Be able to communicate inventory needs and availability for sales and sales planning.
  • Resolve any conflicts and issues that advertisers have by suggesting network specific solutions.
  • Ensure all spots and program media are ready to air by working with copy, program operations, and master control.
  • Subject matter expert for this position’s network.
  • Share new methodologies and efficiencies with other team members.
  • Back up other log team members in their absence.
  • Work with inventory team for inventory needs.
  • Become familiar with other network’s idiosyncrasies.
  • Understand the relationship between the two sales entities to maximize revenue.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
