We are looking for a Full-time Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist for our Rentals team to support our rapidly growing company!

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex data.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree in business, finance, or similar field (preferred).
Accounts Payable or bookkeeping experience preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Business Central, similar ERP systems, or rental software preferred.

Responsibilities

Create and process rental invoices in Microsoft Business Central and upload into various government platforms.
Assist with rental billing cycles, including recurring/period-based invoicing and ensuring invoices align with supporting documentation.
Review and validate rental documentation (examples may include PODs, delivery tickets, return documentation, rental periods, and supporting approvals).
Research and resolve customer billing issues, including corrections, adjustments, and credit memo support as needed.
Maintain accurate invoice records and supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Other relevant duties as assigned.
