About The Position

This role is for a recent graduate looking to start their career in account management within the distribution sector. The position involves owning assigned distribution accounts, designing and executing sales activities to meet objectives, and developing account-level business plans. Key responsibilities include driving distributor engagement and training, coordinating deal progression and pricing, collaborating with internal teams, tracking account performance, and building strong relationships with distributor principals and key reseller contacts. The company is a global leader in semiconductor solutions for power systems and IoT, enabling solutions for green energy, clean mobility, and smart IoT.

Requirements

  • Recent Graduate with a degree in Engineering or Finance
  • Passion for technology and channel sales with a proactive, self-starter attitude
  • Ideally some familiarity with semiconductor products or electronic components preferred
  • Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Outgoing communicator, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
  • Willing to travel as required for distributor meetings (about 25%)

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute sales activities for assigned distribution accounts to meet agreed sales objectives and business plans
  • Develop and maintain account-level business plans including targets, forecasts, and growth initiatives
  • Drive distributor engagement, training, and enablement to maximize IFX product coverage and demand
  • Coordinate deal progression, pricing alignment, and order capture with internal teams and channel partners
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and finance to resolve issues and capture new opportunities
  • Track account performance, prepare sales reports, and present insights to regional management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor principals and key reseller contacts
