As a participant in our graduate program, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of complex infrastructure projects. Working alongside experienced project managers, you’ll contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of projects that shape sustainable transport networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Successful completion of EIT exam, or ability to take EIT exam within 12 months
  • Demonstrated interest in your chosen field through previous internships, volunteering opportunities, or organization memberships
  • Creative thinking skills, with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues
  • Resilient, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous growth and delivering value
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
  • Assisting in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and design teams
  • Participating in project and client meetings, capturing key actions and supporting stakeholder communication
  • Contributing to project control activities, including scheduling, cost tracking, risk management, and reporting
  • Reviewing and coordinating technical documentation, reports, and specifications
  • Supporting procurement processes and contract administration activities
  • Exploring project governance, commercial management, and client relationship management practices
  • Leveraging digital tools (e.g., project management software, data dashboards) to improve project delivery and reporting
  • Promoting sustainable and innovative outcomes across different infrastructure projects
  • Building connections and professional networks through our Early Career Professionals community
