Requirements

Sewing experience required.
Good communication and people skills.
Must be able to work as a team and be quality-minded.
Associate must have a good attendance record.
Associate must be able to multitask.
Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of AS/400, MOJO, email, and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

Assist the Supervisor in the daily activities.
Keep workflow and processes in the department.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Maintain a high standard of quality for our customers.
Handling complex materials, maintaining quality standards, operating specialized machinery, and boosting team productivity.
