About The Position

The Maintenance Tech (Cut & Sew) role involves repairing and maintaining all cut/sew/embroidery equipment. The successful candidate will perform finite work with little supervision, implement and perform multiple PM tasks, and react accordingly. This role also requires facility, mechanical, and electrical maintenance, including building fixtures. Additionally, the technician will assist in cross-training other maintenance technicians and function independently with minimal supervision. Requirements

• Ability to patiently perform finite work with little supervision required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision.
