About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a casual Response Security Officer for a special response/flex role in Orlando, Florida. Duties and assignments vary by day and special event and may include customer service, patrols, and surveillance. The officer must adapt to changing assignments and business needs. This is a driving post; the schedule may change and requires availability any day to cover second- and third-shift openings.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive, strong problem-solving skills.
• Hold a Florida security D license.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
