About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Guard to provide security coverage that varies by day and special event. The role may involve customer service, patrols, and surveillance, requiring the ability to adapt to changing situations. The position is located in Lebanon, Ohio, and is full-time. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday on the first shift, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Monday and Tuesday on the second shift, 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. The hourly wage is $18.90. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
