About The Position
This role is the elite strike team of our facility management operations. You will be dispatched for heavy-duty, high-ticket projects.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs and handle construction debris safely.
Responsibilities
- Execute commercial floor care, including operating buffers and burnishers to strip and wax epoxy/VCT,tile floors.
- Perform meticulous post-construction and move-out cleaning to remove hidden drywall dust.
- Execute professional carpet extraction for commercial clients.
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs and handle construction debris safely.
