Special Projects Manager

Elevation Capital

About The Position

As the Special Projects Manager in the Office of the CEO, you’ll serve as a strategic integrator and execution lead across Elevation’s ecosystem—including operating companies and the family office. Reporting to the Chief of Staff and working closely with the Founder, you’ll lead cross-functional efforts where no formal owner exists, push forward executive priorities, and optimize how we allocate capital, time, and human potential. You’ll work at the intersection of people strategy, automation, and systems design—implementing smarter tools, clearer org structures, and high-leverage improvements across our most critical projects. This role is ideal for a high-agency operator who thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and delivers outcomes that scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
  • 5–8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, project management or cross-functional execution roles.
  • Track record of owning and delivering ambiguous initiatives across multiple domains.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Suite, Power BI, and project or dashboarding tools (e.g., Notion, NetSuite)
  • High EQ and strong judgment in navigating personal, legal, or confidential matters
  • Ability to move fast, pivot often, and thrive in a high-change environment.
