You'll work on a range of short- and medium-term projects, supporting key priorities while developing your skills and experience across functions.

Responsibilities

Rotate through core areas of Maple, including sales, customer success, product, and operations
Support projects that may include process improvements, new initiative pilots, or helping teams work more efficiently
Partner with different teams to learn best practices and help address immediate business needs
Build strong cross-functional relationships and gain exposure to a variety of challenges and solutions
Work closely with mentors and team leads to develop your skills and identify areas of growth
Share insights and suggest improvements as you learn across your rotations
