About The Position

Fulfyld is looking for a detail-oriented Special Projects Coordinator to support the Special Projects Team Lead with our value-added services (VAS) work, especially Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) prep, labeling, and kitting. The Special Projects Coordinator supports the Special Projects Team Lead by owning the preparation and closeout work behind Fulfyld’s value-added services. The Coordinator ensures each project is fully prepared before it reaches the warehouse floor, so associates can begin work immediately. This role also documents completed projects and supports additional work as needed, including outbound freight, disposals and donations, and inventory counts.

Requirements

  • One to two years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or third-party logistics operations.
  • Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS), barcode scanners, and label printers.
  • Strong attention to detail with counts, SKUs, and labeling specifications.
  • Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Teams, and Excel.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once and communicate status clearly in writing.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability for extended hours around FBA deadlines, carrier pickups, and peak season.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Shipedge or a comparable WMS.
  • Experience with Amazon FBA prep requirements.
  • Experience with kitting or other VAS work.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another ticketing system.
  • Experience with freight, BOLs, and palletizing.
  • Forklift or pallet jack certification.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the Special Projects channel and Salesforce for new work orders.
  • Confirm each work order has complete instructions, stock keeping units (SKUs), quantities, and attachments, such as FBA labels, bills of lading (BOLs), and pack lists, before work starts.
  • Keep a daily project tracker showing status, due dates, carrier pickup dates, and what each open work order is waiting on.
  • Update work order status in Salesforce and inventory status in Shipedge as work is completed.
  • Post a completion reply on every project thread with final counts, box and pallet counts, weights, dimensions, photos, and labor time.
  • Keep Account Managers informed as work orders move from intake to completion.
  • Help prepare the Team Lead’s end-of-day and end-of-week progress summaries.
  • Review each new FBA, labeling, and kitting work order and build a prep checklist covering SKUs, quantities, locations, units per box, label types, and serial-scan requirements.
  • Create and print all required labels before the job is released to the floor, including FBA box labels, product and overlay barcodes, and case and pallet labels.
  • Look up inventory locations, then pull and stage product, components, boxes, and supplies in the project area.
  • Stage each job with its work instructions or bill of materials (BOM).
  • Flag missing information or materials to the Account Manager before work begins.
  • Track labor time from start to finish, and capture photos, weights, dimensions, and final counts at completion.
  • Step in hands-on as volume or deadlines require, especially on large FBA shipments and kitting runs.
  • Assist with recurring order batches, including printing batches and labels and handing work off to associates.
  • Build and stage pallets for freight, disposal, donation, and client offboarding, and take weights and dimensions for freight quotes.
  • Report carton and unit counts on disposals and bulk orders so the correct pick and pallet fees are billed.
  • Perform cycle counts and recounts, and flag discrepancies to the Team Lead and Account Manager.
  • Coordinate staging space and carrier pickup timing with Warehouse Management, and escalate missed pickups.
  • Keep work instructions and example photos for repeat projects up to date in the company Wiki.
  • Keep label printers, supplies, and project materials stocked, and request replenishment before they run out.
  • Cover routine coordination as needed.
