About The Position

The Special Projects Analyst reports directly to the President and helps drive strategic and operational priorities across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, intellectually curious, highly organized, and eager to operate at the center of a fast-moving team. The role will support a wide range of initiatives across operations, people, growth, and organizational strategy. Responsibilities may include developing reports and dashboards, researching opportunities and ideas, helping solve operational challenges, managing projects, and supporting executive initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. This is not a traditional support role, but an opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, gain broad exposure across the organization, and contribute meaningfully to the future of BHC.

Requirements

  • Highly professional with strong judgment and the ability to handle confidential or sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable operating independently with limited oversight.
  • Curious, thoughtful, and eager to learn across a wide range of topics and business functions.
  • Organized and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting business needs.
  • Relationship driven with a collaborative approach and strong emotional intelligence.
  • Approaches work and interactions with professionalism, humility, and the level of care that reflects BHC’s culture and values.
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and directly relevant professional experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in an analytical, strategic, consulting, project management, or executive office function.
  • Demonstrated ability to build reports, dashboards, and financial or operational models that translate complexity into clarity.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and present information for senior audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior exposure to luxury hospitality or service-driven industries is a meaningful advantage.
  • Experience with business intelligence or data visualization platforms is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support and help drive delegated projects and timelines, ensuring priorities stay on track, stakeholders remain aligned, and deliverables are completed thoughtfully and on time.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses that support executive decision making across the organization.
  • Research ideas, market trends, operational opportunities, and strategic initiatives to support planning and future growth.
  • Take ownership of smaller strategic and operational initiatives from planning through execution with a high level of accountability and follow through.
  • Provide flexible support across executive and organizational priorities as business needs evolve.
  • Help identify and solve issues as they arise by applying sound judgment, critical thinking, and a proactive approach.
  • Partners functionally with leaders and teams across the organization to help move initiatives forward effectively and collaboratively.
