Special Project Coordinator & Stager is responsible for coordinating the logistics of getting products to and from our staff and products, and also being the local contact for fleet management

Responsibilities

• Answer questions from Drivers regarding equipment issues/troubleshooting
• Assisting with new staff trainings ie: O2 Setups, equipment education, etc.
• Work directly with customers in their homes delivering and picking up durable medical equipment
• Completes delivery and pick up paperwork promptly and accurately
• Coordinates with the Respiratory Therapists to provide equipment as needed
• Maintains the Company vehicle in a clean, safe operating condition and completes logs as required
• Assists in receiving orders and putting away inventory as needed
• Complies with all policies and procedures established by the company and the company's regulatory bodies
• Primary equipment stager in the Norwood location [1 Supervises additional stagers if volume necessitates [1  Instructs and monitors other locations on staging Instructs/monitors/coordinates/completes equipment retrieval from delinquent customers
• This position is the fleet managers main contact in Norwood for fleet maintenance
• Asset recovery
• Other tasks and duties as required
