About The Position

The Special Procedures Tech 1 performs cardiovascular and angiographic procedures in accordance with established protocols. The role requires professional judgment in performing services and providing patient care. This is a full-time position with a variable day schedule.

Requirements

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required upon start.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon start.
• Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) licensure in Radiography and ARRT certification in Radiography (R) are required upon start.
• An OBMI temporary license in the respective specialty may be considered upon start; permanent licensure must be obtained within one year of hire or before the temporary license expires.

• Exercise professional judgment in the performance of services.
• Provide patient care.
